We have been a service provider to the St. Louis area now for more than 15 years. In that time we have had customers from all different walks of life. Some have issues and cannot afford to hire a professional pest control company, some just prefer to do it yourself solutions.
Our biggest obstacle as a service provider is the ability to reach all customers as well as the misinformation given to DIY customers at the big box retailers. Big Box retailers are simply not qualified (they're not licenced pest control professionals) to give the customer the advice and solutions they need when it comes to pest control.
