By providing your mobile phone number to Roberts Pest Control and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly agree to receive recurring autodialed or manual SMS/text messages from Roberts Pest Control at the number you provided.

- Service-related follow-ups
- Account and billing notifications
- Payment reminders
- Renewal or scheduling notices
- Promotional or special-offer messages (if you have consented)
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roberts Pest Control shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services, or SMS program.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or local courts serving Jefferson County, Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Collections, Legal Fees, and Promotional Discounts
If a customer receives an initial discount, promotional pricing, or other account credit subject to a minimum service commitment, and the customer cancels early or otherwise breaches that agreement, Roberts Pest Control may recover the value of that discount or credit to the extent allowed by law.
If Roberts Pest Control takes legal action or initiates collection efforts to enforce these Terms or any related service agreement, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection and enforcement, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services or SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
